Για περίπου 3 μηνες! Εαν ομως το κάνεις συχνα κραταει περισσότερο. Εγω την χρησιμοποιώ τα τελευταία 3 χρόνια. Και την ανανεώνω περιπου στο 5ο με 6ο μήνα. Ειναι θεραπεία οποτε λειτουργεί αθροιστικά. Οσο πιο πολλες φορες τοσο το καλύτερο
