A good solution for me was the "GloboStar 75704 Adapter from E27 to E27 White". You screw it into the socket and you can put any bulb you want on top.

Μια καλή λύση για μένα ήταν το "GloboStar 75704 Αντάπτορας από E27 σε E27 Λευκό". Το βιδώνεις στο ντουί και βάζεις όποια λάμπα θέλεις επάνω.
I will try to be as informative as possible, the conclusions are up to you:
They work with about 80% accuracy, I would say.
I have used 3 and ordered 3 more for different applications (meaning they didn't cover me 100% and I continue to order....)
There have been times when it didn't turn on with the exact same motion from the same spot where it turned on before, but it has also happened to turn on in an empty room (I saw it on camera).
My conclusion:
If you're going to worry that once it turns on it means something is happening, better not - it also has false alarms.
If you want to enter somewhere and magically (hands-free ;) ) have light, it's worth it, it will always turn on, just not always from the same spot. Meaning it may require one more step towards its direction.
P.S. They really never turn on with anything if the space has sufficient light.

Δουλεύουν με ένα 80% πιστότητα θα έλεγα.
Έχω δουλέψει 3 και έχω παραγγείλει κι άλλες 3 για διάφορες εφαρμογές (δηλαδή και δεν με κάλυψε 100% και συνεχίζω να παραγγέλνω....)
Μου έχει τύχει να μην ανάψει με ακριβώς την ίδια κίνηση από το ίδιο σημείο που άλλη φορά άναψε αλλά έχει τύχει να ανάψει και σε άδειο δωμάτιο (το είδα από κάμερα).
Το συμπερασμά μου :
Αν είναι να αγχώνεσαι ότι αφού άναψε έπιασε κίνηση άρα και κάτι συμβαίνει, άστη καλύτερα - έχει και false alarms.
Αν θες να μπαίνεις κάπου και ως δια μαγείας (hands free ; ) ) να έχει φως αξίζει, θα ανάψει πάντα απλά όχι πάντα από το ίδιο σημείο. Δηλαδή μπορεί να χρειαστεί ένα ακόμα βήμα προς την κατεύθυνσή της.
Υ.Γ. Όντως δεν ανάβουν ποτέ και με τίποτα αν έχει επαρκές φως ο χώρος.

Έχω εξωτερικό φωτιστικό με 2 ντουί Ε27 στην είσοδο του σπιτιού. Μπορώ να βάλω 2 ίδιες λάμπες αυτού του τύπου ή θα υπάρξουν προβλήματα (ότι το βράδυ π.χ. θα ανάβει η μία μόνο γιατί η άλλη θα αισθάνεται φωτεινότητα);
Το πιο πιθανό είναι ότι θα ανάβει η μία από τις 2 λάμπες (όποια προλαβαίνει πρώτη). Η 2η λόγω φωτεινότητας της 1ης δεν θα αναβει. Επίσης, δεν ξέρω μόλις σβήνει η λάμπα, μήπως η 2η αντιλαμβάνεται το σβήσιμο ως κίνηση και ανάβει κ.ο.κ.!

Αν θες να μπαίνεις κάπου και ως δια μαγείας (hands free ; ) ) να έχει φως αξίζει, θα ανάψει πάντα απλά όχι πάντα από το ίδιο σημείο. Δηλαδή μπορεί να χρειαστεί ένα ακόμα βήμα προς την κατεύθυνσή της.
Υ.Γ. Όντως δεν ανάβουν ποτέ και με τίποτα αν έχει επαρκές φως ο χώρος.

It doesn't work consistently! It turns on by itself randomly when no one is moving in the room, but even worse, it DOESN'T TURN ON even if you have entered the room and are moving... I have to wave my hand under the lamp for it to turn on, and every 20-30 seconds it turns off even if I am in the room doing things. I do not recommend it to anyone!
