Having purchased this toaster 10 months ago, I have to say the following about its build quality:
1. The screws on the hinges that lift the lid to put in/take out the toast often need tightening.
2. First, the plastic lever that locks the lid in place broke.
3. Then, the plastic parts on the silver handle broke and I had to glue them back together.
4. Finally, the arm broke and stayed in my hand.
When I contacted the company about damages 1, 2, and 3 (with photos), they told me it was due to usage. I am still trying to figure out what kind of usage justifies the hinges coming loose and the handle of a toaster breaking.
I expected more...
As for the toast, it toasts quickly, but don't expect crispy toast.
Έχοντας αγοράσει την τοστιέρα αυτή πριν 10 μήνες, έχω να πω τα εξής για την ποιότητα κατασκευής της:
1. Οι βίδες στους μεντεσέδες που σηκώνουν το καπάκι για να βάλεις/βγάλεις το τοστ θέλουν πολύ συχνά βίδωμα.
2. Πρώτα έσπασε το πλαστικό του λεβγέ που κλειδώνει το καπάκι στη θέση του.
3. Έπειτα έσπασαν τα πλαστικά στην ασημί λαβή και χρειάστηκε να τα κολλήσω.
4. Τελικά έσπασε και ο βραχίωνας και μου έμεινε στο χέρι.
Όταν επικοινώνησα με την εταιρεία για τις βλάβες 1, 2και 3 (με φωτογραφίες) μου είπαν ότι είναι από την χρήση. Ακόμα ψάχνω να βρω τί είδους χρήση δικαιολογεί να ξεβιδωνουν οι μεντεσέδες και να σπάσει το χερούλι μιας τοστιέρας.

Όσον αφορά τα τοστ, ψήνει γρήγορα, αλλά όχι μην περιμένει κανεις τραγανά τοστ.
We bought this specific toaster mainly because of its name. It toasts the sandwiches in 1 minute and if you forget them even for a few seconds, they turn into charcoal. After 1.5 months of use, cracks appeared on the plastic cover to the point where you are afraid to continue using it. We contacted the service and they informed us that it is due to our own misuse and if we chose the service, it would cost €23, which is the same price as the toaster itself.... (question: how can the use of a toaster be bad when it is used to toast one or two sandwiches a day in a household...). Conclusion: Money wasted - we do not recommend it for purchase.
Αγοράσαμε τη συγκεκριμένη τοστιέρα περισσότερο λογω ονόματος. Ψήνει τα τοστ μέσα σε 1 λεπτό και εάν ξεχαστείς έστω και κάποια δευτερόλεπτα γίνονται κάρβουνο. Μετά από 1,5 μήνα ήπιας χρήσης εμφάνισε ρωγμές το πλαστικό της κάλυμμα σε σημείο που τρομάζεις να συνεχίζεις να τη χρησιμοποιείς. Απευθυνθήκαμε στο service και μας ενημέρωσαν οτι οφείλεται σε δική μας κακή χρήση και εάν επιλέγαμε το service κοστίζει €23, όσο δηλαδη η ίδια η τοστιέρα....(ερώτηση: πώς μπορεί να είναι κακή η χρήση τοστιέρας όταν ψήνει σε ένα σπίτι ένα-δύο τοστς την ημέρα...). Συμπέρασμα: Πεταμένα λεφτά- δεν τη συνιστούμε για αγορά.
Good plates, cook well, evenly yes, but the material is somewhat fake for the money and the company's name. We sent it for service in the month because the handle broke. Excellent service from the technicians and collaboration.
Καλές πλάκες, ψήνει καλά, ομοιόμορφα ναι, αλλά το υλικό της είναι κάπως ψεύτικο για τα χρήματα και το όνομα της εταιρείας. Στο μήνα τη στείλαμε για σέρβις γιατί έσπασε το χερούλι. Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση από τους τεχνικούς και συνεργασία.
For the money, it's decent for a sandwich, of course not something heavy.
Για τα χρήματα της μια χαρά για τοστ βέβαια ε, όχι τίποτε πιο βαρύ.
It was really perfect, it was worth its money.
