είναι ρυθμιζόμενο..έχει ένα μικρο ποτενσιόμετρο δίπλα στο led... αλλά δεν το δοκίμασα ποτέ να δω αν φτάνει τα 14V ..

ευχαριστώ, αλλά αγόρασα ένα 350 με τα μισά λεφτά από aliexpress που είναι ρυθμιζόμενο.
