I called the service and they told me that if the damage is due to a bad connection, I will be charged 36 euros. If there was a mistake in the connection, it would have short-circuited from the beginning and would not have worked properly for 6 months. Obviously, it is a mistake of the manufacturer and the cheap consumables that have been used. I didn't even bother to have them come for service because I am sure that in the end I would end up being charged.
