For nails, the materials require stronger UV at 100 watts and if the material is dark, you should know that the darker a UV material is, the more difficult it is to polymerize. Even worse, UV materials become fragile like glass if you give excessive radiation. For nails, you need to be able to adjust the intensity and exposure time and experiment with various materials to see how much intensity and time a proper polymerization requires.
