In collaboration with the pioneering Swiss company ILAG, which specializes in the production of non-stick material, Gruppe has chosen to use the ULTIMATE series of triple non-stick coating for the COOKIN by Gruppe products. This top series from ILAG has excellent non-stick properties, unprecedented durability, high scratch protection, and excellent abrasion resistance, ideal for healthy cooking. They do not contain PFOA.

    In baking, it is quite good. I use it on natural gas stoves and I can say that the result is excellent, both in terms of taste and time. The only negative is that there are quite a few residues between the grates that are not easily cleaned. Even in the dishwasher on a strong program (65°C), residues remained.
