The CBCC-10 activated carbon filter reduces fine solid particles, the taste, and the odor of chlorine.
It reduces chlorine by at least 90%. The filter is made from a core of powdered activated carbon (PAC) wrapped in polyolefin, with a polyethylene outer net. The filter has an initial pressure drop of 3.3 pounds per square inch (psi) at a flow rate of 1 gallon per minute (gpm), and operates within a temperature range of 40 to 125 degrees Fahrenheit (4.4 to 51.7 degrees C).
