Laica's bi-flux® filters purify drinking water, thereby improving its taste and reducing certain unwanted substances that may be present in the water. 

All Laica filters are made in Italy and consist of metallized active carbon and ion exchange resins. Active carbons are effective in reducing chlorine and its derivatives. Ion exchange resins are effective in reducing heavy metals, if present in tap water.

Features:

  • Reduces hardness and certain undesirable substances, including some heavy metals.
  • Reduces chlorine by-products and chlorine, such as trihalomethanes, certain pesticides, and some herbicides.
  • Prevents and inhibits the formation of scale, if present in tap water.
