This results in the watch protruding from the strap on the top side by a few millimeters, which makes it visually unattractive. However, it is well supported and there is no risk of it coming off the strap. Additionally, the metal clasp protrudes slightly towards the inner side when worn and is slightly bothersome. It is used on Mi4. I also tried it on Mi5 and it has the same fit.
