Προσωπική μου άποψη ότι είναι για τα πάντα. Εγώ την φοράω στο γυμναστήριο είτε σε αερόβιο είτε για CrossFit. Είναι πολύ άνετη και το κυριότερο δεν καταλαβαίνεις ιδρώτα.
