Για να βρείτε το κατάλληλο μέγεθος της ζώνης, μετρήστε απλά την περιφέρεια σας και αφού προσθέσετε 10-15 εκατοστά επιλέξτε το ανάλογο μέγεθος:
Small έως 100 εκατοστά
Medium έως 120 εκατοστά
Large έως 140 εκατοστά
Extra Large 160 εκατοστά
Αν είστε αδύνατος, θα έλεγα το μικρό μέγεθος
