Because I have a clear line of sight to the mountain (I live in the countryside) where the mobile phone antennas are located, I always have 5 bars on the router. That is, I have full signal.
I have a Cosmote 4G+ connection with a 100 GB monthly package, which is enough for my usage.
I use it as my main internet connection because I don't have a landline at home for fixed telephony.
As for the download speeds, it has reached up to 80 Mbps with a ping of 15 ms, and the upload maxes out the speed test and then drops to 50 Mbps with a 2.4 MHz Wi-Fi connection.
With the use of Ethernet, it is much higher...!!!
My laptop does not support the 5 MHz that the router has, which is dual-band.
Usually, I don't experience a significant drop in speed even if there is "traffic" from the people gathering in the city on weekends.
Probably because I am relatively close to the antennas. I also tried an external antenna, but in the end, I didn't see any improvement in the signal, so I left the internal one of the router. In the photo I uploaded, the 5 bars are with the internal antenna...!!!
The signal strength (rsp) is at 85-87 dB and the signal quality (rsrq) is at 8-9 dB...!!! That is ideal for 4G+.
I have also found software (bandlock) that is free but works only with Google Chrome and unlocks the router, allowing you to choose the bands you want.
I have it set to bands 7 + 3 only because band 20 is slow...!!!
The good thing is that the house is a single-family home, and I don't have tall buildings next to me, only vacation homes, but at a distance from each other, so I don't have signal loss.
I am quite satisfied.

Επειδη εχω οπτικη επαφη με το βουνο (μενω επαρχια) που βρισκονται οι κεραιες κινητης τηλεφωνιας εχω παντα 5 γραμμες στο ρουτερ. δλδ εχω φουλ σημα.
Εχω συνδεση Cosmote 4G + με πακετο 100 GB το μηνα που για μενα ειναι αρκετα για την χρηση που κανω.
Το εχω σαν κυρια συνδεση ιντερνετ γιατι δεν εχω γραμμη στο σπιτι για σταθερη τηλεφωνια.
Οσο αφορα τις ταχυτητες σε download εχει πιασει μεχρι και 80 Mbps με ping 15 ms και upload τερματιζει το speedtest και μετα πεφτει στα 50 Mbps με συνδεση WIFI 2,4 Mhz.
Με την χρηση ethernet ειναι πολυ πιο ανεβασμενες..!!!
Το λαπτοπ μου δεν υποστηριζει τα 5 Mhz που διαθετει το ρουτερ που ειναι dual band.
Συνηθως δεν εχω πτωση μεγαλη με την ταχυτητα ακομα κι αν εχει "κινηση" απο τον κοσμο που μαζευει η πολη τα Σ/Κ.
Μαλλον επειδη ειμαι κοντα σχετικα στις κεραιες. Δοκιμασα και εξωτερικη κεραια αλλα τελικα δεν ειδα καμια βελτιωση στο σημα κι ετσι αφησα την εσωτερικη του ρουτερ. Στην φωτο που εχω ανεβασει οι 5 γραμμες ειναι με την εσωτερικη κεραια...!!!

Εχω βρει και software ( bandlock) που ειναι free αλλα λειτουργει μονο με το google chrome και ξεκλειδωνει το ρουτερ και μπορει εσυ να επιλεξεις τις μπαντες που θες.
Το εχω στις μπαντες 7 + 3 μονο γιατι η μπαντα 20 ειναι αργη..!!!
Το καλο ειναι οτι ειναι μονοκατοικια το σπιτι και δεν εχω διπλα μου ψηλα κτηρια μονο εξοχικα αλλα σε αποσταση το ενα με το αλλο ως ποτε δεν εχω απωλειες σηματος.
Ειμαι ευχαριστημενος αρκετα.

It's perfect. Very fast, with good enough wifi, just download the huactrl PRO app to change bands which is quite expensive. I recommend it only with the app because it tunes to the band with the strongest signal which means not necessarily the maximum speed, so 4 stars because band switching should be included in the manual and auto interface.

Το συνιστώ μόνο με την εφαρμογή διότι συντονίζει στη μπάντα με το δυνατότερο σήμα που σημαίνει όχι και την μέγιστη ταχύτητα, λοιπόν 4 αστέρια διότι θα έπρεπε η αλλαγή μπάντας να συμπεριλαμβάνεται στο interface του manual and auto.

I bought it primarily to upgrade from TPLINK MR6400 v5.2.
Well, it's also plug n play. It catches the signal more directly when turned on and without antennas, it gives a 100% signal just like the tplink with antennas.
The significant difference is the speed, which doubled from ~100 to ~200, as well as the wifi, which is dual band and does not reduce the overall speed like the tplink (the 6400, because it shares the same antennas for 4g and wifi, loses speed with wifi on).
So the difference between cat4 and cat7 is significant.
My money was well spent.
I'll come back with an edit after using it for a while.
EDIT: 6 months of trouble-free operation, you just plug it in and forget about it. The app is also very good, without any problems!

Αγοράστηκε ουσιαστικά για αναβάθμιση του TPLINK MR6400 v5.2
Λοιπόν plug n play κι αυτό. Πιάνει πιο άμεσα το σήμα όταν ανάβει και χωρίς κεραίες δίνει 100% signal όπως και το tplink με τις κεραίες.
Η σημαντική διαφορά είναι η ταχύτητα η οποία διπλασιαστηκε από τα ~100 στα ~200,οπως επίσης και το wifi που και dual band ειναι αλλα και δεν μειώνει την συνολική ταχύτητα όπως το tplink (το 6400 επειδή μοιράζεται τις ίδιες κεραίες για 4g και wifi, χάνει ταχύτητα με το wifi ανοιχτό)
Σημαντική η διαφορά λοιπόν του cat4 με το cat7
Έπιασαν τόπο τα χρήματά μου.

EDIT : 6 Μήνες απροβλημάτιστης λειτουργίας, το βάζεις και απλά.δεν ξανά ασχολείσαι. Πολύ καλή και η εφαρμογή, χωρίς προβλήματα επίσης!
It's very easy to use, you just insert the SIM card (with the pin removed) and it works. It reaches speeds close enough to a mobile phone on 4G+ (be careful with the routers you look at, if they're not cat 6 and above, you'll only get plain 4G, which means much lower speeds than with your mobile phone). Its WiFi is satisfactory, but not amazing. It has an app on your mobile phone through Huawei's AI life (the same app needed for headphones, for example), which provides information such as MB consumption, house heatmap, optional location, etc. It also has the classic admin site on the browser like all routers. In summary, a very good choice, perhaps one of the most economical and reliable for 4G.
Edit: External antennas are not included in the package, but the router has ports for connection.
Είναι πολύ εύκολο στη χρήση, απλά βάζεις τη σιμ ( που της έχεις βγάλει το πιν) και παίζει.
Πιάνει ταχύτητες αρκετά κοντά με ένα κινητό σε 4g+ ( προσοχή στα ρούτερ που κοιτάτε, αν δεν είναι cat 6 και πάνω θα πιάνετε απλό 4g , δηλαδή πολύ χαμηλότερες ταχύτητες απ' ότι με το κινητό σας). To WiFi του είναι ικανοποιητικό, αλλά όχι κάτι τρομερό. Έχει εφαρμογή στο κινητό μέσω του AI life της Huawei (ίδια εφαρμογή που χρειάζονται πχ και τα ακουστικά) , που δίνει πληροφορίες όπως κατανάλωση MB, heatmap σπιτιού, optional location κτλ, αντίστοιχα έχει και το κλασικό admin site στον browser όπως όλα τα ρούτερ.
Συνοπτικά, πολύ καλή επιλογή, ίσως από τα πιο οικονομικά-τιμια για 4g

Σε cosmote 4g+ εχω απο 45-15 download και 20-8 upload και σε κινητο αλλα και σε λαπτοπ.. Με καλωδιο ethernet ειναι σαφως καλυτερα. Εχω βρει ομως προγραμμα επιλογης μπαντας κι επιλεγω εγω τις μπαντες με τις μεγαλυτερες ταχυτητες.Ειμαι επαρχια και η καλυψη δεν ειναι και η καλυτερη.
Εκπέμπει και τις 2 μπάντες στο wifi; Η μία κάθε φορά; Δηλαδή μπορείς να συνδέσεις ταυτόχρονα συσκευή στη 2,4 και τη 5;
Εκπεμπει ταυτοχρονα και στις 2 συχνοτητες ταυτοχρονα, δεν υπαρχει θεμα.
Έχω της Vodafone το ΖΤΕ, το οποίο ενώ βγάζει σε speedtest κάτι 300+ download, αλλά πολλές φορές "μπουκώνει" και δεν ανοίγει καν σελίδες (κάνω refresh κτλ, με καλώδιο η σύνδεση), και βλέπω κι αρκετό latency. Θα γλιτώσω από αυτά το φαινόμενο με το παρόν μηχανάκι?

Συνηθως δεν εχω πτωση μεγαλη με την ταχυτητα ακομα κι αν εχει "κινηση" απο τον κοσμο που μαζευει η πολη τα Σ/Κ.
Μαλλον επειδη ειμαι κοντα σχετικα στις κεραιες. Δοκιμασα και εξωτερικη κεραια αλλα τελικα δεν ειδα καμια βελτιωση στο σημα κι ετσι αφησα την εσωτερικη του ρουτερ. Στην φωτο που εχω ανεβασει οι 5 γραμμες ειναι με την εσωτερικη κεραια...!!!
Η ενταση του σηματος (rsp) ειναι στα 85-87 db και η ποιοτητα του σηματος (rsrq) στα 8-9 db..!!! δλδ ιδανικα για 4g+
Εχω βρει και software ( bandlock) που ειναι free αλλα λειτουργει μονο με το google chrome και ξεκλειδωνει το ρουτερ και μπορει εσυ να επιλεξεις τις μπαντες που θες.
Το εχω στις μπαντες 7 + 3 μονο γιατι η μπαντα 20 ειναι αργη..!!!
Το καλο ειναι οτι ειναι μονοκατοικια το σπιτι και δεν εχω διπλα μου ψηλα κτηρια μονο εξοχικα αλλα σε αποσταση το ενα με το αλλο ως ποτε δεν εχω απωλειες σηματος.
Ειμαι ευχαριστημενος αρκετα.
I got it to replace the ZTE. It has exactly double the speed and is much more stable.
Το πήρα για να αντικαταστήσει τον zte . Ακριβώς την διπλάσια ταχύτητα βγάζει και πολύ ποιο σταθερό .
It's perfect. Very fast, with good enough wifi, just download the huactrl PRO app to change bands which is quite expensive. I recommend it only with the app because it tunes to the band with the strongest signal which means not necessarily the maximum speed, so 4 stars because band switching should be included in the manual and auto interface.
Είναι τέλειο. Πολύ γρήγορο, αρκετά καλό wifi αρκεί μόνο να κατεβάσεις τη εφαρμογή huactrl PRO για να αλλάζεις μπάντες που είναι αρκετά ακριβή. Το συνιστώ μόνο με την εφαρμογή διότι συντονίζει στη μπάντα με το δυνατότερο σήμα που σημαίνει όχι και την μέγιστη ταχύτητα, λοιπόν 4 αστέρια διότι θα έπρεπε η αλλαγή μπάντας να συμπεριλαμβάνεται στο interface του manual and auto.

I bought it primarily to upgrade from TPLINK MR6400 v5.2.
Well, it's also plug n play. It catches the signal more directly when turned on and without antennas, it gives a 100% signal just like the tplink with antennas.
The significant difference is the speed, which doubled from ~100 to ~200, as well as the wifi, which is dual band and does not reduce the overall speed like the tplink (the 6400, because it shares the same antennas for 4g and wifi, loses speed with wifi on).
So the difference between cat4 and cat7 is significant.
My money was well spent.
I'll come back with an edit after using it for a while.
EDIT: 6 months of trouble-free operation, you just plug it in and forget about it. The app is also very good, without any problems!
Αν και το έχω μόλις δύο μέρες βάζω μια αρχική αξιολόγηση ως προς την ταχύτητα, το σήμα κλπ.
Αγοράστηκε ουσιαστικά για αναβάθμιση του TPLINK MR6400 v5.2
Λοιπόν plug n play κι αυτό. Πιάνει πιο άμεσα το σήμα όταν ανάβει και χωρίς κεραίες δίνει 100% signal όπως και το tplink με τις κεραίες.
Η σημαντική διαφορά είναι η ταχύτητα η οποία διπλασιαστηκε από τα ~100 στα ~200,οπως επίσης και το wifi που και dual band ειναι αλλα και δεν μειώνει την συνολική ταχύτητα όπως το tplink (το 6400 επειδή μοιράζεται τις ίδιες κεραίες για 4g και wifi, χάνει ταχύτητα με το wifi ανοιχτό)
Σημαντική η διαφορά λοιπόν του cat4 με το cat7
Έπιασαν τόπο τα χρήματά μου.

EDIT : 6 Μήνες απροβλημάτιστης λειτουργίας, το βάζεις και απλά.δεν ξανά ασχολείσαι. Πολύ καλή και η εφαρμογή, χωρίς προβλήματα επίσης!
It's very easy to use, you just insert the SIM card (with the pin removed) and it works. It reaches speeds close enough to a mobile phone on 4G+ (be careful with the routers you look at, if they're not cat 6 and above, you'll only get plain 4G, which means much lower speeds than with your mobile phone). Its WiFi is satisfactory, but not amazing. It has an app on your mobile phone through Huawei's AI life (the same app needed for headphones, for example), which provides information such as MB consumption, house heatmap, optional location, etc. It also has the classic admin site on the browser like all routers. In summary, a very good choice, perhaps one of the most economical and reliable for 4G.
Edit: External antennas are not included in the package, but the router has ports for connection.
Είναι πολύ εύκολο στη χρήση, απλά βάζεις τη σιμ ( που της έχεις βγάλει το πιν) και παίζει.
Πιάνει ταχύτητες αρκετά κοντά με ένα κινητό σε 4g+ ( προσοχή στα ρούτερ που κοιτάτε, αν δεν είναι cat 6 και πάνω θα πιάνετε απλό 4g , δηλαδή πολύ χαμηλότερες ταχύτητες απ' ότι με το κινητό σας). To WiFi του είναι ικανοποιητικό, αλλά όχι κάτι τρομερό. Έχει εφαρμογή στο κινητό μέσω του AI life της Huawei (ίδια εφαρμογή που χρειάζονται πχ και τα ακουστικά) , που δίνει πληροφορίες όπως κατανάλωση MB, heatmap σπιτιού, optional location κτλ, αντίστοιχα έχει και το κλασικό admin site στον browser όπως όλα τα ρούτερ.
Συνοπτικά, πολύ καλή επιλογή, ίσως από τα πιο οικονομικά-τιμια για 4g

Επίσης, μέσα από την ιστοσελίδα του router υπάρχουν πολλές δυνατότητες που μπορείς να ρυθμίσεις, έλεγχος προσβασιμότητας, δυνατότητα εμφάνισης του δικτύου και επιλογή guest. Η αντίστοιχη εφαρμογή της HUAWEI στο κινητό παρέχει έλεγχο ποιότητας σήματος του δικτύου στο χώρο σου και σε κάθε δωμάτιο ξεχωριστά (αφού σου δίνει τη δυνατότητα να σχεδιάσεις μια περίπου κάτοψη του χώρου σου). Δεν έχω χρησιμοποιήσει τη δυνατότητα του vpn. Γενικά, όμως, είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος και στην τιμή που το πήρα (116€) είναι μια πολύ καλή επιλογή.

Quite a good 4G router for the money.
Because I have a clear line of sight to the mountain (I live in the countryside) where the mobile phone antennas are located, I always have 5 bars on the router. That is, I have full signal.
I have a Cosmote 4G+ connection with a 100 GB monthly package, which is enough for my usage.
I use it as my main internet connection because I don't have a landline at home for fixed telephony.
As for the download speeds, it has reached up to 80 Mbps with a ping of 15 ms, and the upload maxes out the speed test and then drops to 50 Mbps with a 2.4 MHz Wi-Fi connection.
With the use of Ethernet, it is much higher...!!!
My laptop does not support the 5 MHz that the router has, which is dual-band.
Usually, I don't experience a significant drop in speed even if there is "traffic" from the people gathering in the city on weekends.
Probably because I am relatively close to the antennas. I also tried an external antenna, but in the end, I didn't see any improvement in the signal, so I left the internal one of the router. In the photo I uploaded, the 5 bars are with the internal antenna...!!!

I have also found software (bandlock) that is free but works only with Google Chrome and unlocks the router, allowing you to choose the bands you want.

Αρκετα καλο 4g router για τα χρηματα του.
Επειδη εχω οπτικη επαφη με το βουνο (μενω επαρχια) που βρισκονται οι κεραιες κινητης τηλεφωνιας εχω παντα 5 γραμμες στο ρουτερ. δλδ εχω φουλ σημα.
Εχω συνδεση Cosmote 4G + με πακετο 100 GB το μηνα που για μενα ειναι αρκετα για την χρηση που κανω.
Το εχω σαν κυρια συνδεση ιντερνετ γιατι δεν εχω γραμμη στο σπιτι για σταθερη τηλεφωνια.
Οσο αφορα τις ταχυτητες σε download εχει πιασει μεχρι και 80 Mbps με ping 15 ms και upload τερματιζει το speedtest και μετα πεφτει στα 50 Mbps με συνδεση WIFI 2,4 Mhz.
Με την χρηση ethernet ειναι πολυ πιο ανεβασμενες..!!!
