The Adco 07270 thigh-high stockings provide graduated compression of 20–30 mmHg to the lower limbs and have closed toes. They are used to compress the lower limbs, primarily as part of treatment for venous or lymphatic system disorders.

Indications include venous conditions such as phlebitis, venous oedema and functional venous insufficiency; thromboembolic conditions; and oedema, including lymphatic, pregnancy-related, post-traumatic and postoperative oedema. They are contraindicated in advanced peripheral arterial occlusive disease, septic phlebitis, blue painful phlebitis and congestive heart failure.
