Βοηθαει στισς κραμπες και κανει τον υπνο πιο ηρεμο.Δεν ειναι υπναγωγο.
Ναι , είναι απίστευτο το πόσο ξεκούραστος ξυπνάς το πρωί!
Παίρνω συνήθως 2 ταμπλέτες πριν τον ύπνο και 3 όταν έχω δύσκολη μέρα στη δουλειά ή προπόνηση (είμαι 100+ κιλά).
Μετά από χρήση 2 μηνών κάνω παύση όπως σε όλα τα συμπληρώματα,για κανένα μήνα.
