Hallo my friend,
I have the Laptop TURBO X from Plaisio. Its name plate says :
Plaisio Computers SA.
Product key HK6ND-RJ2KT-Y69CR- 3BJ4B-88CMH
X18-20430
In January 2021 I needed a new battery. Plaisio could not deliver.
I bought one through SKROUTS from COMPUTRON.
The ORIGINAL BATTERY had 18V.
-The new one 14,4 - 14,8 V :
( OEM battery for TURBO X (MSI) A32-A15 A41-A15 A42-A15 A42-H36
A 6400 14,4-14,8 V 4400 mAh )
Since then my computer works without any problem.
