100% Xinomavro Red Dry Wine P.D.O. Naoussa
The selection starts from the vineyard and is completed on the sorting belt before the grapes are transferred to the tanks. A period of pre-fermentation extraction is followed, continuing with fermentation temperatures of 18 – 22°C. The extraction and alcoholic fermentation last about 20 days, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Aging: 18 months of maturation in French oak barrels of 300 liters. Reductive aging in the bottle for an additional 18 months.

- Rich nose, full of aromas, with aromas of red fruits and notes of pepper and tomato.
- Full, expressive mouth with the zest of tannins that reveal its origin as a typical Xinomavro.
- It shows great aging potential.
