The Single Malt whisky from the Highland Park label, originating from Scotland, is produced by a single distillery and uses exclusively malted barley, yeast, and water as raw materials. This single malt spent 12 years maturing in oak barrels before being bottled.

The Highland Park 12 Years Old Viking Honour Whisky is a traditionally crafted whisky, handmade on the malting floors, a method that very few distillers still maintain. The distillery began operations in 1798 in the Orkney Islands of Scotland and is the northernmost in the world.
