Introduction to calvados with a well-crafted distillate from selected apples originating from the heart of Normandy. It has been aged in oak barrels for 2 years which has imparted beautiful spicy aromas on the nose and a velvety sensation on the palate.
Due to the quality of the soil, double distillation, and four-month stay in French oak barrels, this cider offers a nice amber color and distinctive aromatic richness. On the nose, the apple definitely dominates, but floral aromas are also discernible, and the influence of the oak is evident.
