General use/maintenance instructions:

• Before first use, remove labels and stickers, clean with water and soap.
• Boil a small amount of water and let it cool, then dry carefully.
• Coat the non-stick surface with olive oil and wipe lightly.
• It is not necessary to use oils or fats when cooking in non-stick cookware.
• Do not use "spray oils" as they may damage non-stick properties.
• Select the correct size of the stove and center the cookware on the heat source.
• Use the cookware on low or medium heat, not exceeding 280° C.
• Do not cook fatty foods to the point of burning and blackening.
• Avoid sharp cooking tools and cutting inside the cookware.
• The use of wooden, plastic, and silicone tools is recommended.
• Store the cookware carefully to keep the non-stick coating intact.
• Cookware with plastic handles should not be used in the oven.
• Check the handles before use and tighten if necessary.

Cleaning:

• Hand washing with a sponge and dishwashing liquid is recommended.
• If using a dishwasher, choose mild detergents and economical cycles.
• Dishwasher use does not affect performance but may discolor the cookware.
• Aluminum cookware should not be washed in a dishwasher.
• Avoid abrasive and corrosive cleaning products.
• Rub the pan with a few drops of oil after each wash.

Caution:

• Do not overheat the cookware when empty.
• Do not leave cookware unattended during cooking.
• Let it cool before cleaning.
• Use protective gloves when cleaning the cookware.
• Avoid sliding cookware over a ceramic hob.
• Ensure the cookware base and the stovetop surface are clean before cooking.
