General use/maintenance instructions for Cookware:

• Before using the product for the first time, remove all labels and stickers, clean it with water and soap, boil a small amount of water, let it cool, and dry carefully.
• Coat the non-stick surface with olive oil and wipe lightly. It is not necessary to use oils or fats while cooking.
• Do not use "cooking spray," as it may leave residues that destroy the non-stick properties.
• Choose the correct size of hob that is closest to the diameter of the cookware and center the cookware on the heat source.
• Use your cookware on low or medium heat, not exceeding 280° C.
• Never fry fatty foods to the point where they burn and blacken.
• Avoid using sharp tools and cutting inside the cookware.
• The use of wooden, plastic, and silicone utensils is recommended.
• Store the cookware carefully to keep the non-stick coating intact.
• Cookware with plastic handles should not be used in the oven.
• Cleaning: Hand washing with a sponge and dishwashing liquid is recommended.
• In case of a dishwasher, use mild detergents and economical cycles at moderate temperatures.
• Do not use abrasive and corrosive products.
• It is preferable to rub the pan with a few drops of oil after each washing.
• Warning: Do not overheat the cookware when it is empty.
• Do not leave the cookware unattended during cooking.
• Let it cool before cleaning.
• Avoid sliding cookware over ceramic hobs.
• Ensure that the base of the cookware and the hob surface are clean before cooking.
