Με ελάχιστο λευκό ξύδι την αντίσταση, το αφήνω λίγο και μετά το σκουπίζω με χαρτί ή με σφουγγάρι στεγνό. Τα υπόλοιπα κομμάτια κανονικά με σφουγγάρι.
