The North GAS E24 commercial gas hob has four burners, two of which are dual-flame burners for faster cooking and a larger flame coverage area. The flame can be adjusted to two levels for greater control over the cooking process.
The burners are made of cast iron, and the pan supports are also made of cast iron. The removable drip tray makes cleaning easier. The hob includes a valve, thermocouples and a pilot light.
