General use/maintenance instructions for Cookware:
- Before using the cookware for the first time, remove all labels and stickers, and clean it with water and soap.
- Boil a small amount of water, let it cool, and then dry it carefully.
- Coat the non-stick surface with olive oil and wipe gently.
- It is not necessary to use oils or fats when cooking in non-stick cookware.
- Select the correct size of the stove that is closest to the diameter of the cookware and center the cookware over the heat source.
- Induction cookware should be placed on the correct stove based on the diameter.
- We recommend using the cookware on low or medium heat, not exceeding 280° C.
- Never cook fatty foods that burn and blacken.
- Do not use sharp cooking tools and do not cut inside the cookware.
- It is recommended to use wooden, plastic, and silicone cooking tools (spatulas, forks, grabbers, etc.).
- Store the cookware carefully to maintain the non-stick coating intact.
- Cookware with plastic handles should NOT be used in the oven.
- Ensure that handles are secure and well-fastened before use.
- Cleaning: Hand washing with a sponge and dishwashing liquid is recommended.
- Using a dishwasher may discolor the cookware.
- Aluminum cookware should NOT be washed in a dishwasher.
- Do not use abrasive and corrosive products, powdered detergents, or oven cleaning products.
- Caution: Do not overheat the cookware when it is empty.
- Never leave the cookware unattended during cooking.
- Allow it to cool before cleaning.
- Avoid sliding the cookware on a ceramic stove as it may cause scratches.
