Self-rooted Xinomavro vineyard, 54 years old, planted in the area of Fyteia. The high altitude compared to the rest of the zone provides lower average temperatures. The large temperature range combined with the continuous air circulation from Mount Vermio maintains fresh characteristics in the grape, producing an elegant version of the variety.
