I made the purchase from a physical store, not through Scroutz. Nowhere on the packaging does it say that they are not wooden as shown on their box, and the quality is below average. They come out of their mold with a line on the base and they don't even sit properly on the surface.
Obviously, if someone orders them from here, they will read that they are plastic. Nevertheless, I do not recommend them.
Έκανα την αγορά απο φυσικό κατάστημα, οχι μέσω Σκρουτζ. Στην συσκευασία δεν γράφει πουθενά ότι δεν είναι ξύλινα όπως δείχνει το κουτί τους , και η ποιότητα είναι κατω του μετρίου. απο το καλούπι τους βγαίνουν με γραμμή στην βάση και δεν πατάνε καν σωστά στην επιφάνεια.
Προφανώς αν κάποιο τα παραγγέλνει απο εδώ θα διαβάσει ότι είναι πλαστικά. Παρόλα αυτα δεν τα προτείνω.
Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. I ordered these specific chess pieces and the king arrived broken. The store accepted them back and replaced them with a different set. When I opened the new set that I received, I found the king broken again, so I asked for a refund.
Δυστυχώς είμαι πολύ απογοητευμένος. Έκανα παραγγελία τα συγκεκριμένα πιόνια και ο βασιλιάς ήρθε σπασμένος. Το κατάστημα τα δέχτηκε πίσω και μου τα αντικατέστησε με ένα διαφορετικό σετ. Όταν άνοιξα το νέο σετ που μου ήρθε βρήκα ξανά τον βασιλιά σπασμένο οπότε και ζήτησα τα χρήματα μου πίσω.
They were definitely worth their money. I expected them to be a little smaller, but still, the quality and designs were very good!
Αξιζαν σίγουρα τα χρηματα τους. Τα περίμενα μόνο λίγο πιο μικρά αλλα και παλι η ποιότητα και τα σχέδια ήταν πολύ καλά!

Two small observations:
1) The box and the photo show white and brown pawns. However, the ones included in the box are white and black. This is not mentioned in the specifications. Good to know :)
2) Some pawns have small marks on them, not from impacts (probably from the factory when they separate them). It doesn't affect their quality, they are barely noticeable, I just noticed it.
Value for money at 8-9 euros.

2) Κάποια πιόνια έχουν πάνω μικρά σημάδια όχι από χτυπήματα (εργοστασιακά πιθανότατα οταν τα διαχωριζουν μεταξύ τους). Δεν αλλάζει κάτι στην ποιότητα τους, σχεδόν δεν φαίνονται, απλά το παρατήρησα.
Value for money στα 8-9 ευρώ.
Very nice and high-quality pawns. Ideally, I would like them to have a felt bottom to prevent scratching the board, but I added it myself. 100% value for money choice, I highly recommend them.
