Description

Description

At the dawn of the 21st century, Greece can be unequivocally characterized as a democratic, internationalist, Western country, defender of the territorial status quo in its region, and an advocate of free market and economy.

Our country is also a member of the European Union, the Western European Union, and NATO, having linked its future institutionally and politically with a "club" of developed economies and established democracies. Unfortunately, however, it is also the only country in the European Union and the Atlantic Community facing a significant threat from its neighbor Turkey.

This book aims to contribute to the useful dialogue regarding the priorities of our foreign policy, which has been ongoing in recent years.
