Thermal pad με 1,5mm είναι πολύ για την 970 για αυτό και τέτιοες θερμοκρασίες, κανονηκά τα stock thermal pads της Gigabyte GeForce GTX970 4GB G1 Gaming είναι 0,5mm βάλε το πολύ 1mm όπως αυτό το thermal pad, γιατί όσο πιο πολύ πάχος έχει το thermal pad δεν κάνει άμεση επαφή με την ψύκτρα της κάρτας γραφικών και αυτό έχει ος αποτέλεσμα την άνοδ της θερμοκρασίας
