The GIMA immobilization board is made of durable HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) plastic with reinforced strength, filled with polyurethane foam, and is impermeable to body fluids and water. It is a radiolucent construction, suitable for use in CT and MRI scanners.

It features 21 perimeter handles that serve for securing straps for safer patient transport. The board can support all head immobilization devices and restraint systems.

It is ideal for use by first aid crews and paramedical personnel, specially designed for a wide range of rescue situations.
