The only negative thing is that it doesn't dissolve completely, there's a little bit left in the glass, but you just add a little bit of water and drink it, no hassle at all! The previous one I had dissolved completely, I imagine with micronized creatine you would achieve such dissolution. But in terms of price, it's top-notch, that's why I chose it and it does the same job as all the others.
