The Milwaukee adjustable wire stripper is 160 mm long and is used to strip aluminium and copper wires with a cross-section of 0.75 to 6 mm². Its blades are made of forged, hardened and tempered steel, with a non-reflective grey titanium finish that helps resist corrosion.

The precision mechanical joint transfers force through leverage, while the ergonomic softgrip handle makes it comfortable to hold. The tool is VDE-certified (DIN EN/IEC 60900), tested at 10,000 V and guaranteed for use at 1,000 V. It has also been tested at temperatures down to -40 °C.
