The DemirDokum Fix radiator is a single-panel radiator designed for installation in an external loop. It is made of 1.25 mm-thick steel sheet, while the 0.50 mm-thick convector is welded to the water channels and extends across the radiator’s full height and width. The coating process includes immersion and baking at 180°C, followed by a second electrostatic coating of RAL 9010 polyester powder, baked at 200°C.

The radiator is pressure-tested at 13 bar and has a working pressure of 8 bar. It is manufactured in accordance with DIN 1543 1623 and certified to EN 442, NF and DIN CERTCO standards.
