Από τα Windows αλλάζει σίγουρα, σε 60, 120 και 165... Από το μενού δεν ξέρω σίγουρα, αλλά πιθανότατα γίνεται αυτόματα.
ναι υποστηριζει θα αλαξεις τα hz μεσα απο το μενου του xbox
