Michter’s US★1 American Whiskey Grain Whisky From U.S.A 41.7% 700ml

Michter's US*1, unblended American Whiskey, which ages in barrels previously used for whiskies. Very fruity and sweet, this whiskey pairs with toffee and butterscotch, bringing delicious notes of vanilla and dried fruits.

An incredible bourbon with aromas of orange, vanilla, and confectionery with a long aftertaste. It's like drinking liquid vanilla cake, awakening your Christmas memories. The reason it hasn't been officially classified as bourbon is because it has aged in used bourbon barrels rather than new first-fill barrels as required by American legislation. One of my favorite whiskies under 100€ by far.
