The pineal gland is part of a circuit that translates all visual messages received through the retina. This is because the pineal gland is the only gland in the body that contains light-sensitive cells that make the endocrine gland photoreceptive. It is activated by Light and regulates various bodily biorhythms. It works in conjunction with the hypothalamus gland, which regulates various bodily states such as thirst, hunger, sexual desire, and the biological clock that determines the process of our aging.

The awakening of the pineal gland gives the sensation of pressure at the base of the brain, which is a result of the union with a higher frequency. The pineal gland, or pinecone, is therefore the antenna of the human body.
