Cheap and sturdy....very sturdy. To give you an idea of how durable it is, my palm got inked while pulling a cable that I had jammed, and it still held up! (I was putting my full weight on it, 95 kilograms, with lubrication, and it only moved 5-6 centimeters each time....!)
