    Obviously and as it should be for the money it costs, it has perfect build quality and instant focus (Canon R6 body). The autofocus system is absolutely silent in both photos and videos. The lens sharpness is excellent. Don't expect any amazing bokeh in a wide-angle lens. However, when there is bokeh, it is of good quality.

    In very wide-angle shots and at a considerable distance from the subject (when the subject occupies a very small part of the frame), it struggles a bit to detect the eye in servo mode, but this is an issue with the camera and not the lens in my opinion. Also, in such a wide-angle lens, it doesn't play a significant role, as almost everything is in focus due to the focal length and the f-stop is often around 5.6-8 at these millimeters.

    The stabilization is very good, but there is a known issue with the corners when shooting completely wide-angle videos: the corners have a characteristic shaking when making intense movements, described in English as "jello" and it comes from the stabilization system. If someone looks into it, they can find videos showing this problem. Personally, it doesn't bother me much, but it still exists, despite having the latest firmware on both the camera and lens until today. The same issue exists, as far as I know, with the RF 14-35 f4.

    Overall, apart from this issue, no matter how hard one tries, they won't find any other major flaw.
