Χωρίς να είμαι ειδικός και να γνωρίζω απόλυτα, 1 χρόνο που τα χρησιμοποιώ για προπόνηση 3 φορές την εβδομάδα, σε ερασιτεχνικό επίπεδο (sparring ή σάκο) δεν έχουν πάθει καμία φθορά.
