In the 3rd edition of the work "Law of Commercial Companies," special emphasis is placed on the analysis of the new Law 4548/2018 for the Corporation, which replaced Law 2190/1920, abolishing it after almost a century of application. The present work takes into account and highlights the modifications made to the other laws regarding commercial companies, such as Law 3190/1955 concerning Limited Liability Companies and Law 4072/2012, which have been amended by Laws 4541/2018 and 4601/2019.

A special chapter independently develops Law 4601/2019, which for the first time regulates corporate transformations in a unified manner and abolishes the relevant provisions. This edition, which is legislatively updated up to August 2019, aims to familiarize students, as well as legal practitioners in theory and practice, with the "new legislative environment" regarding commercial companies.
