The writing of this manual aims at the best preparation of candidates for life and health sciences in the subject of Biology Orientation.
The topics cover individual chapters, but gradually become more general, covering a wider part of the candidates' syllabus. They have a high level of difficulty and therefore are suitable for the final revision of the candidates.
My intention was to include as many issues as possible in a small extent, and for this reason, in several cases, the multiple-choice questions of topic A and the questions of topic B function as exercises. Therefore, the duration of each criterion as well as the grading weight of each topic will be evaluated by the students in collaboration with their teachers.
The figures, in the statements as well as in the answers of the topics, aim at a deep understanding of the phenomena by the candidates. The answers, especially in the more difficult and original topics, are analytical but nevertheless indicative, as they allow for other approaches.
