It is glass with good quality glass and the plastic lid closes airtight. As for size, it suits my needs. I highly recommend it.

Unacceptable quality, same goes for this company's square. The Tupperware by the kilo is much better, I bought it because I had it before but they completely ruined it. Thin glass and the lid doesn't seal properly, so any liquid spills out, even if you put rice it will leak.
