Rooster Rojo is a smooth tequila, made only from the finest materials and the best techniques available, representing the exceptional natural flavors from the top agaves.

Born in the fields of Mexico where agaves are cultivated, carefully crafted, faithfully preserving the traditions of tequila production, consisting only of 100% agave juice, ensuring the exceptional taste and quality that even the greatest tequila connoisseurs would desire!

Tasting Characteristics

  • Nose: On the nose, it has slightly woody aromas, with notes of caramel, cooked pepper, and cassia. 
  • Taste: On the palate, it has flavors of spices, blackberry, some citrus. There are also notes of coffee beans, vanilla, popcorn, and more earthy caramel and cooked agave. 
  • Finish: The finish is of cedar and some notes of minerality.
