    Tragic simply! Apart from the name Kentia, it has no value as a duvet! Money wasted, it sheds feathers from the first day without any special use... the whole house is filled with feathers! When I went back after a week to complain, even though they had assured me that feathers wouldn't come out, their response was that Kentia does not accept returns, not even for defective products. The worst part is that I asked for a warm duvet and unfortunately, it is not even suitable for spring. Stay away from this duvet, you will regret it
