From all the limited edition Zacapa I have tried, I liked this one a little more, of course it is not as balanced as the XO or the Royal... It has a strong "barbecue & cola" character compared to the 23 and in general it is richer in intensity than all the Zacapa I have tried, but compared to the XO it lacks a little in aging and "natural" taste, although it is not very sweet it has many additions of smoky character, herbs and spices making it definitely impressive but it loses a bit of its meaning and you can't easily distinguish its characteristics or its flavor profile (and after a while it overwhelms you)... It definitely caught my attention and I would buy it again, I tried it side by side with the Centenario 25 and it was like drinking water, the 25 was much smoother... Those of you who have tried Zacapa and like this version will be blown away! And maybe some of you will like it more than the XO, on the other hand, those of you who are involved in taste knowledge may be a little disappointed and not find the balance you expected but rather more "fireworks" in taste for impressiveness. Personally, I liked it a lot, another one of my choices along with El Dorado 21 and Quorhum 30.
