Πλένεται πολύ εύκολα αφαιρώντας το μαχαίρι. Απασφαλίζεις τον μοχλό συγκράτησης του μαχαιριού και τραβάς προς τα πάνω συρταρωτά το μαχαίρι για να βγει από τη θήκη του. Τις 2 μικρές αντιολισθητικές τάπες της βάσης της κόλλησα με σιλικόνη γιατί με το πλύσιμο πάντα μου έβγαιναν .
