Οι περισσότερες RAM που έχουν flat timings (τα πρώτα 3 νούμερα ίδια στο latency, ή τύπου 18-19-19, 14-15-15) έχουν τσιπάκια Samsung B-die, που κάνουν καλύτερο overclock και σηκώνουν περισσότερο voltage. Θα έλεγα ότι δεν αξίζει εκτός αν θες να κάνεις overclock για το τελευταίο 5% σε επιδόσεις.
