In this Tsipouro, anise and fennel seeds are added during the second phase of redistillation. Transparent, with a delicate aromatic character, quite fresh, with herbal and floral touches. Sharp on the palate, but balanced, spicy with the characteristic sweetness of anise also in the aftertaste. It is enjoyed with cold water or ice, accompanied by fresh salads and seafood varieties.
