Description

Nasca - the oldest and greatest puzzle of humanity. Erich von Däniken, the man who made the gigantic figures and endless, mysterious lines in the Nasca plain in Peru globally known, announces after years of research in the area, his latest discoveries. The mystery of Nasca is now very close to being solved. With 150 impressive color photographs that are published for the first time.

For many years, Erich von Däniken has been dealing with the mystery of Nasca: the unique lines stretching for kilometers that are located on the surface of the desert far from any civilization. Over the last 30 years, he has traveled countless times to Nasca and believed he had seen everything, that he knew everything. However, upon conducting new research in the area, he made some magnificent discoveries.

Flying over the entire plain and examining every little carved mark on every hillside, he took over 1,200 photographs. At the same time, he studied all the theories and versions that have been written about the mystery of Nasca and definitively reached the following conclusion: What has been published until now is all nonsense.

The famous carved designs in the Nasca desert, such as the giant animal figures, e.g., the spider and the monkey, as well as the endless thin lines, are already well-known. Moreover, many are familiar with the anthropoid heads on the hillsides of the area.

However, Erich von Däniken's photographs bring to light some forms and signs that were previously unknown to the general public, as well as some 'clues' (a term also used by scientists) that are not located in flat areas, but on slopes, something that overturns all previous interpretations.

After recording all the theories about Nasca and the historical overview concerning the research and discoveries made, Erich von Däniken makes his own entirely new and impressive proposal for the most mysterious illustrated area in the history of humanity.
