Product not of European standards for sure, the language of the hands-free is probably Chinese, which, okay, I don't understand the conversation with Bluetooth, but when you have a call on hold and it just starts squeaking in your ear in Chinese, telling you who's calling and you can't talk at that time, it's very annoying. Also, the indication that the headset is connected doesn't work, you have to go into the settings. There is no separate button to turn it on/off, so the button to answer calls is also the button to open/close it, and you have to hold it for at least 5 seconds. A bad product, I paid €15 instead of €15.90 (it even gave me a discount), I will definitely return it. And it's a shame that it has already driven me crazy in the 24 hours I've had it
