The handle is relatively slim but has perfect non-slip grip made of black aluminum. Personally, I preferred the longer handle, but that is subjective.
The weight is close to the head and I believe this facilitates movements with minimal force.
Finally, to those who still shave with multi-blade disposable razors, I have to say... Throw them away!
